Return Policy:

All items are final sale. If an item is damaged or there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at labeleaze@gmail.com and we will work to get you a new one as soon as possible. A picture of damage or problem should be included in the email.

FAQ:

All items are made to order- What does this mean?

It means that I do not keep an inventory on most items (especially ones that are personalized), therefore time is needed to actually make the item before it ships. 

What is your turnaround time?

My turnaround time is 5 to 10 business day. Business days refer to Monday through Friday, and do not include holidays. The day you order is not considered a day, and therefore is Day 0, not Day 1. Your order will ship at the latest, on Day 11. I do my best to get things out sooner, but that is not always possible when it is just you doing all the things!

Can I a get a "rush" order?

For non personalized items, and items that do not require a proof, a rush order on my end can be done for an extra fee of $10. This order can ship out in 3 business days IF I have the supplies to create it that quickly. Please email your request to labeleaze@gmail.com prior to purchasing and an invoice will be created and sent to you. Once the invoice is paid, the 3 days to ship begins. It will still be shipped with the shipping method you choose. The $10 fee is for it to be created quicker.
